Topic 3 blogroll and commenting

How could blogging be used to enhance learning in your high school classes?: Its a way to communicate and help other students and they can get to know each other better by reading what they post and see if you have anything in common.

Tell us about two of the characters in the book that you are reading for your book trailer. What do they look like?  What kind of personality characteristics do they have?  Do they have any problems?  Would you be friends with them if they went to PHS?:Michael oher:   is the main character and he is a big teddy bear he is kind and likes everyone and he is 315 lbs and he is 6'4"  and he inst the smartest but he will do anything to protect the people that he loves.
Leigh Anne Tuohy:  is the caretaker of Michael she is very smart and really nice she might get in over her head a bit but it always work out for her she is 5'7" she is blond and was the first to notice Micheal and see if he needed help .

What about the setting of the book.  Where does it take place: in the country, the city, a high school? What is the time frame: in the present, the past, the future?  Describe one scene in the book so that we can get a feel for the setting and time.:  the book takes place in Memphis he went to briarcrest christian school it takes place in the early past there is a scene were he there is scenes were they talk about his school work assignment then they talk about when events took place.

  1. Just some spelling errors and you do not have a title for this post. The description of the characters and the setting is good, although it would have been nice to know about a little more of the setting.

  2. I have added some corrections and my comments in a separate document. Can you take a look and see if you can make the writing revisions? Please let me know if you have trouble figuring it out. You did a great job describing two of the main settings and I know now where the story took place.
In the future, maybe it would help you to type you posts in Word so that it might catch some of your writing mistakes. Then you could copy and paste the post into your blog.

  4. I like the book you chose and you described it well, but your grammar and spelling can be greatly improved. Make sure to know when to capitalize and input commas or periods as needed.
